Requirements Proven experience as a District Manager or in a similar managerial role within the retail or service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are preferred. Proficiency in office management software and data entry systems. Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple locations simultaneously.
